Growth OS is operated by ExceloWeb Solution LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email), the business and customer data you enter (store details, contacts, campaigns, reviews), and usage data needed to operate the service. Authentication is handled by Clerk; payments by Stripe.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the service: generating content, sending the campaigns you create, displaying analytics, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data.
4. Your customers' data
Contact lists you upload belong to you. We process this data on your behalf to deliver the email and SMS campaigns you initiate. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those individuals.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted providers to run Growth OS, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), and Anthropic (AI content generation). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete contacts, campaigns, and other records at any time. On account closure, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
7. Security
Secrets and credentials are stored as environment variables, never in code. Each organization's data is isolated and queries are scoped to the requesting organization.
